Information We Collect
WithYou Daily may collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, journal entries, saved searches, and feedback submitted through the application. This information is used solely to provide biblical guidance, maintain your account, and support application functionality.
Your Journal Is Private
Journal entries, saved searches and prayers are visible only to you. They are not visible to other members. They are not visible to your church — including when your church provides your access as a partnership benefit. Church partners receive only aggregate information, such as how many members are connected. There is no mechanism by which a church can see what any individual member has written.
Crisis Searches Are Never Stored
If a search suggests self-harm, abuse, domestic violence, trafficking, or a similar crisis, WithYou Daily displays verified national helpline information instead of a search result. That search is not recorded anywhere.
We Do Not Track You
WithYou Daily contains no third-party advertising or analytics software. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not share your information with data brokers. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Where Your Information Is Stored
Information is stored using secure third-party services used by the application. Your journal, searches and prayers are never included in logs, analytics, or error reports.
You Can Take Your Journal With You
You can export your journal entries at any time from within the app.
Deleting Your Account
You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app, under the You tab. This removes your journal entries, saved searches, church connection and access. It is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription purchased through Apple or Google. Those must be cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account, or they will continue to bill.

Children
WithYou Daily is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

WithYou Daily provides biblical guidance, Scripture, teaching, and prayer. Scripture is quoted from the World English Bible, Updated (WEBU), a public domain translation. Verses are presented as exact source text and are not paraphrased.
What This App Is Not
WithYou Daily is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care, pastoral counselling, or emergency services.
If you are in crisis, please use the resources shown in the app, or call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) in the United States.
Your Content
Anything you write in WithYou Daily remains yours. We claim no ownership of your journal entries, and we do not use them to train any system.
Acceptable Use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application, to other members' information, or to premium content you have not purchased or been provided. Do not redistribute purchased content, including audiobooks and downloadable resources.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the stated price until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling is not a refund.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are managed by those companies and must be cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account. We are unable to cancel them on your behalf.
Lifetime purchases are one-time and do not renew.
Church Partnerships
Where a church provides WithYou Daily Premium to its members, that access continues while the partnership is active. If a partnership ends, members retain the complete free application and return to the free tier. No member content is deleted.
If you are paying individually when your church becomes a partner, your remaining paid days are held in reserve rather than refunded, and resume if the partnership ends. You are responsible for cancelling your own store subscription.
Group and Congregational Use
A personal subscription licenses one individual. Use of WithYou Daily content — including audiobooks, workbooks, and small-group materials — with a group, class, small group, team, or congregation requires a church partnership or group licence. Contact support@withyoudaily.org
Availability
We may modify or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
